Please take the time to read these terms and conditions of use of M-Future services ("Service") and the Terms and Policies to which it refers(collectively, "Terms and Conditions").

By accessing the website located at the address www.mfuture.pro (the "Website"), which is owned by Asier Merino Blanco (hereinafter"owner") and/or any of the pages that may be accessed through the Website, you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Website.

M-Future and its owner may from time to time make changes to the Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, such as modified functionality and development of M-Future Service, implementing new technology and ensuring legal compliance. When material changes are made, M-Future will notify you and/or seek your consent as appropriate. If you are notified, your continued use of M-Future Service will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms. Do not continue to use M-Future Service if you do not agree to the modified terms. If you wish to cancel your M-Future account due to changes in the terms, please email us at wearemfuture@mfuture.pro and request cancellation of your account or go to your settings and delete your account. If you have a trial subscription or pay through a third party, you must cancel through the relevant third party.

The user undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the Law and with these Terms and Conditions, not using it for illicit or prohibited purposes, or in any way that may damage,render useless, overload, deteriorate or impede the normal use of the computer equipment, documents or files and all types of content stored on any equipment belonging to M-Future or third parties.

The information provided on the Website is only indicative and approximate in nature.

Consequently, M-Future and its owner do not guarantee the total updating and/or accuracy and/or availability at all times of the contents of its Website, although it makes every effort to do so. Likewise, M-Future does not guarantee the usefulness of its Website or its services for any particular activity and therefore access to the Website and the use of its contents is at the user's own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold M-Future and its owner harmless from and against all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of M-Future Terms, (ii) any activity you engage in on or through M-Future Service, and (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

The Website contains hyperlinks to other websites, which are not edited, controlled, maintained or supervised by M-Future, and M-Future or its owner is not responsible for the content of such websites. Under no circumstances shall it be stated or implied that M-Future nor its owner authorises the hyperlink, or that it supervises, approves or assumes in any way the contents or services offered or made available on the website on which the hyperlink to the Website is established. The establishment of the hyperlink does not imply under any circumstances the existence of any relationship between M-Future and the owner of the webpage on which the hyperlink is established. Hyperlinks to the Website shall not be established on web pages that include information or contents that are illicit, immoral or contrary to good customs, public order, accepted Internet uses or that in any way contravene the rights of third parties. The hyperlinks that, where appropriate, and in compliance with the aforementioned requirements, are established to the Website from other web pages shall allow access to the Website, but shall not reproduce its content in any way, and shall in all cases dispense with the use of browsers or border environments.

1. Your Account:
To use M-Future Service, you must create a password-protected account ("Account"). You represent and warrant that all information you provide to M-Future is accurate and correct and that you will keep the information up to date. You agree that you will not share your M-Future account or password and that you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your M-Future account (including any unauthorised use). If you believe that there has been unauthorised access to or use of your account, you must notify M-Future immediately and change your password as soon as possible. M-Future nor its owner will not be liable for any activity on your account unless caused by M-Future's negligence.

2. Membership Plan:
When you use M-Future Service, you will have access to some content, features and functionality free of charge. However, you acknowledge that in order to have full access to the content, features and functionalities ("Membership Plan"), You will have to pay a specific subscription fee.

By subscribing to a membership plan, you authorise M-Future or the applicable third party to automatically charge your payment method monthly or otherwise in accordance with the terms of the subscription you purchased for the then-applicable membership plan fee. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the applicable subscription period for the monthly and annual membership plans. If you do not want automatic renewal, you must cancel your membership plan before the end of the applicable subscription period. Your cancellation will take effect on the first day immediately following the end of the current membership plan period for which you have paid. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly from the M-Future account settings.
M-Future reserves the right to make changes to a membership plan subscription, including recurring subscription fees or pre-paid periods from time to time. M-Future will inform you in advance of such price changes and, if applicable, on how to accept them. Price changes will be effective at the beginning of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price if you continue to use the Membership Plan Service after the price changes take effect. If you do not accept a price change, you may reject the price change by unsubscribing from your membership plan before the change takes effect.

M-Future Service and all intellectual property rights associated with it are owned by M-Future, its owner or its licensors. Without limiting the foregoing, M-Future grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use M-Future Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and use. You understand and agree that you may not redistribute or transfer M-Future Service or its content.

You acknowledge that you may only use M-Future Service in countries where M-Future operates and that the content of M-Future Service may vary depending on your geographic location. You further acknowledge that, except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use, M-Future does not grant you any right, title or interest in or to M-Future Service or its content.

In consideration of the rights that M-Future grants to you under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that M-Future or its owner has the right to provide you with advertising and other information. You also agree that content made available by M-Future may contain advertising as part of the content and that M-Future makes such content available to you without modification through M-Future Service.

M-Future and its owner will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational. Notwithstanding the foregoing, M-Future reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, functions or features of the Service temporarily or permanently, without liability to you to the fullest extent permitted by law. M-Future will give you advance notice when possible. If you have prepaid fees for a membership plan of any kind, and it is permanently discontinued before the end of the prepaid period, M-Future will refund the prepaid fees for that prepaid period after such discontinuation. You understand and agree that the content on the Service may vary and that M-Future and the owners of any content may at any time remove content from the Service without notice to you.

You may use e-mail to contact M-Future for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Although it is M-Future's desire to respond to e-mails received promptly, M-Future and its owner does not guarantee a response to e-mails, which will depend on the volume of correspondence received and the complexity of the issues raised. M-Future does not guarantee the functioning of the electronic mail, both in reception and sending, as this is beyond its control.

All information received by this means from users of the website will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions will continue in effect until terminated by you or M-Future. You may terminate the Terms and Conditions by sending an email to M-Future at wearemfuture@mfuture.pro and requesting that your account be closed, or by simply deleting your account in your account settings and ceasing to have access to and use of the Service.
M-Future may pause, suspend or terminate your access to the Service, any part of the Service at its discretion, including, without limitation, if you have violated the Terms of M-Future.

M-Future and its owner may assign and delegate any of its rights and obligations under M-Future Terms in whole or in part.

You access and use M-Future Service at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, M-Future disclaims all warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. M-Future nor its owner does not represent or warrant that the Website and/or M-Future Service, or your access to our use thereof will be secure, reliable, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, malware or other harmful components, or otherwise meet your needs or expectations.

M-Future makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your experience, which may vary depending on your device, internet connection, location or bandwidth. M-Future or its owner is not responsible for any charges for internet or mobile data access.

You understand and agree that by using or accessing the Service you may be exposed to and agree that M-Future or its owner is not responsible for your exposure to content that you may find offensive, indecent, inaccurate, incorrect or otherwise objectionable.

M-Future or its owner is not responsible for any software, services, websites, links or third party applications that are linked, referenced or integrated with the Website and/or the Service.The foregoing does not affect any warranty which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Any controversy or conflict that may arise as a result of the use of the Website shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain, submitting to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile, when located in Spain, or to that of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, when located outside Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or venue that may correspond in law.
